Omsk sportsmen became champions of kickboxing World Cup
This year competition again took place in Anapa and it was quite successful for Omsk sportsmen they won seven medals five of them are gold. World Сup Diamond - 2015 is Russian stage of A-class tournaments which is among three most prestigious tournaments. This year there were about 1200 representatives from 25 different countries and among all the participants our sportsmen managed to win a good number of medals. The World Cup was successful for European champion Filipp Salugin and Dmitry Kireev. Yuriy Voinov improved his own results in comparison with last time. As for Anastasia Grinevich she was a footstep away from the first place but nevertheless she won a silver medal. Three other sportsmen Ostap Zuev, Ekaterina Cherkaschenko and Stanislav Kiselev became champions this year. Plus our Russian team overtook teams from Belorussia and Uzbekistan.

Omsk Hermitage will be built on bones
The interesting discovery was made by Omsk builders who are working on the construction of a new museum. When archeologists came to the place they dug up pots’ shatters dated one thousand years B.C., the bronze knife, belt buckle and some jewels. Also the archeologists found well-preserved human bones. As Omsk Ministry of Culture stated the further construction works should go on only under supervision of archeologists and if there are some other cultural findings the specialists should conduct some works in order to preserve the findings.
