The organizers of the project called Strating within the limits of an argument stuck a young man with the help of scotch tape to a car and gave him a ride along the city. The essence of the argument obviously was to ride along the city stuck to a car. The video of this event was published on YouTube and it seems that the argument went well. Earlier there have been published some other videos where a young man is bathing in city fountain with children toys and the other one dressed like a stewardess is giving instruction to the passengers of a bus. People have different opinion when they see these videos some say that these guys are pretty funny some say they are doing silly things. By the way Strating is a way to solve some arguments and disputes between people, to prove officially some deals or agreements that’s how the organizers of the project defined this term.

The square of dendrological garden where grow a lot of different trees and plants which are not typical for Siberia will be reduced. The thing is that near the dendrological garden will be built a small church but the residents of the district are against this idea. They keep saying that they need a park but not another church. To prevent the building process Omsk citizens will carry out public opinion research.
