Omsk archeologists are ready to rewrite the history books

According to the results of archeological digs which were held on the lake Issyk Kul, Kyrgyzstan the scientists will open a question about changing the boarders of ancient Kyrgyz principality which existed on that territory in Middle Ages. In 2015 Interstate Corporation of Development helped to create the international archeological expedition which worked near the village Tuura-Suu on the south part of Issyk Kul Lake. The scientists from Russia and Kyrgyzstan have found more than 10 thousand artifacts which prove the high status of the principality and that it was not only one of the biggest settlements but also main trade center of Karahanidskoe kingdom. “During the archeological exploration within the radius of 200 kilometers we have found new places with petroglyphs on it which served as frontier posts back then. Judging by the petroglyphs we can suggest that probably the territory of Kyrgyz principality was bigger than we thought”, says Boris Konikov candidate of historical sciences in his interview to international press-center MKR-Media. Thanks to Ivan Polyakov the CEO of International Corporation of Development and the chairman of Russian-Kyrgyz Business Council in 2012 the cooperation between Russian and Kyrgyz archeologists was renewed and now it plays a very important role and carries out the humanitarian mission. There are still a lot of unstudied materials on Kyrgyz territory which can tell many interesting and historical facts and it seems like scientists will never leave this place because every day they find something new and interesting there. All the findings were transferred to Bishkek the capital of Kyrgyzstan where they will be kept in laboratory of Manas University for further studying. The results of joint archeological digs were submitted to President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev.

Beavers attack

These small animals which leave on the swamp near Anjerskaya station in Kemerovskaya oblast managed to wreck the alarm on the railroad. The information about alarm damage got to Kuzbass department of MIA Russia from railroad workers when the police came to the place of accident they established that it was beavers’ fault. The specialists found the defect on the railway haul between two stations the wire was cut in two places but the cable itself wasn’t damaged much. This time it was hard for police to detect the trespassers because they were local beavers and it seems that beavers don’t care much about their neighborhood the police have found many fell trees near the railroad and it means that here lives quite large family of beavers. “this is the first time when we have to deal with animals but not people”, says the policeman from Anjerskaya station Dmitry Kartavyh. He specialists managed to fix the damage right away so there was no need to change the train time-schedule.
