There supposed to be no leaders in BRICS

Today in Ufa the international summits of BRICS and SCO have started under the conduction of Russia. At the moment the members of RICS are Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. The Doctor of Science, Economics from MGIMO University Tatiana Isachenko has commented the beginning of the summits and said that Russia should not be the leader in BRICS otherwise the union would not be effective. “The participation in BRICS should not be some kind of alternative it is supposed to be an addition to already existing spheres of collaboration between countries. First of all we should consider the union as an opportunity to implement some new common projects which will be able to bring something new and fresh to the global economy. Plus the relations inside BRICS union should be equal otherwise they won’t be very effective”, says Tatiana Isachenko in her interview to press-center MKR-Media. At the same time the collaboration with BICS can be very helpful for Russia it can attract western partners for our country. “Russia is one of the biggest Euroasian countries and our biggest mistake was that we paid a lot of attention to West and unfortunately we left behind the Eastern part. Now we understand that we should try to implement widespread cooperation and we should not lose the connection with USA and Europe. We all want to believe in good and that soon everything will be fine and Russia will manage to have good relations in both directions”, says Tatiana Isachenko. “Plus if we speak about BRICS summits we should not only plan and think of the strategies but we should also bring it into life”. By the way all summits will end on July 10.

Sergey Demenskiy made his presence felt

The Deputy Director General of Interstate Corporation of Development Sergey Demenskiy got on the current cover of business magazine called Business and Life. He took part in the project The ABC of life where he explained the term “unity” which is the main word in their slogan – By unifying efforts we determine our future. The process of unification is happening right now and part of it is creation of Eurasian Economic Union and that means that some business spheres will be transferred to Omsk. And you are mistaken if you think that there is only one center which solves all big problems in Siberia. The existing configuration can and should be changed. “Omsk is a city with big potential and has excellent geographical location and industry this is the city which can do a lot of things. But unfortunately Omsk loses a lot it loses its people, ideas and resources but I believe that we live in a country of equal opportunities. If a person wants to be successful he can do it no matter where he lives. And I think that if you have a big desire you can reach a lot of things”, says Sergey Demenskiy. Also Sergey remembered his first visit in Omsk and made a conclusion that Omsk citizens stuck in past and afraid to turn their backs to it and plus they think that their city is so special and because of this they miss federal agenda and sometimes forget that Omsk is a part of united country. However according to Sergey this can be solved very easily and he was lucky to work with people who were united by one common idea, aim and by common nationality.
