The best Russian swimmer will visit Omsk
This week from March 11 to March 13 Omsk will host the first lap of Russian Cup in swimming. The best sportsmen from two federal districts Siberian and Ural will compete for Omsk governor's awards and the opportunity to take part in Moscow championship which will be from April 19 to April 23. This year 40 best swimmers from our region will represent Omsk national team among them will be Rustam Rybin who is the winner of many Russian and European championships and Daria Shmakova who is the winner of Russian championships.

Secret informer - who is he?
Today on March 10 in Central district court of Omsk was reopened a trial of Yuri Gamburg who was the first deputy of the head of Omsk government. The defense team presented to the court some petition and during their consideration a few interesting details were found out. The lawyer of Yuri Gamburg asked the court to call for questioning the secret witness Stefan Shaboltas as it was found out this man sent an email to highest authorities so after that the prosecutor's investigation was held and relying on the rerults of this investigation thecriminal information was laid against Yuri Gamburg. It was impossible to find out the IP-address of the informer because the server machine of Google is in California, USA. Moreover the lawyer of Yuri Gamburg told that they had found three different addresses of this man but none of them is a current address of Stefan Shaboltas. So the court granted a request of Yuri Gamburg's lawyer to call Stefan Shaboltas for questioning.
