Omsk has new illegal trend for young people and it’s shoplifting. Only young people do this and when they still things they make photos of things that they stole and post them in social networks. But they do it not for living but just for fun and the main rule is the more expensive goods are the better. The shoplifter Aleksey from Omsk has lost the count of how many times he did that thing. And there are even special top-list of goods to steal among them are products, alcohol and different small things which you can hide in your pocket. So it’s really like a trend already because young people not only share the pictures of goods the stole but even give some tips how to steal and where is the best place to do it. Different websites with such information have thousands of subscribers throughout the country. But let’s not to forget that even small stealing is a crime and a person will pay fine if he steals something which costs less than a thousand rubles but if the cost of stolen things are higher person will get criminal responsibility.

Omsk state university is among the best universities of Russia
Russian Ministry of Communications presented a list with best universities where people can get the high quality education in journalism. Omsk State University named after F.M. Dostoevsky is on the 64th place with 15,8 points. And the leader in this list of course Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and it has 90,7 points on the second place is Saint-Petersburg State University with 69,5 points and the third place Moscow State Institute of International Relations with 56,1 points. The main criterion for this list was public opinion poll of employers and 86% of experts were representatives of regional Mass Medias.
