Heavy snowfall continues

Anytime soon Omsk oblast will have another heavy snowfall and also as a result of that there will be huge temperature swings from 44.6 °F up to 78.8 °F. According to Ob-Irtishkoe weather control and environmental monitoring service so far the snow-cover height in south regions is about 9-16 cm and in north regions is about 34-51 cm which is already above normal. And in Omsk itself the snow-cover height is 25 cm. So some of these days there will be another heavy snowfall in Omsk and of course temperature fluctuations: at night from 50 °F to 69.8 °F and at days from 44.6 °F to 62.6 °F. But from December 14 it’s going to be rise of temperature.

The biggest Omsk company is put out to tender for one ruble

Court transferred the ownership of NPO Mostovik in amount of 63% of shares to Sberbank of Russia. NPO Mostovik is one of the biggest building companies in Russia and it took part in building many sports objects in Sochi and also they built the bridge in Vladivostok for APEC-2012. So right now Omsk company is a bankrupt and Sberbank as the biggest creditor of NPO Mostovik got its shares. The bank is planning to sell over 40% of the shares in public and initial price for one share will be one ruble. Under the court decision CEO of NPO Mostovik Oleg Shishov who is in pre-trial detention center right now lost all his shares and the mayor of Omsk Vyacheslav Dvorakovskiy also lost half of his shares because before he became a mayor he was a chief engineer in NPO Mostovik.
