Omsk remembers those who died in road accidents
On World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims which is celebrated on the third Sunday in November the foundation stone ceremony of new monument will be held in Sovetskiy park. The new monument is dedicated to those people who died in road accidents. Many public organizations will participate in this event such as State Automobile Inspectorate, members from Community Council of UMVD Russia in Omsk oblast, representatives of public associations, students and pupils. Omsk citizens will be able to see monument itself in one year.

Take responsibility for municipal debt
Public hearing about budget statement for 2015 was held in Omsk city council and also model pattern for 2016 and 2017 was discussed. During the last years main financial document of the city has been formed even more attentively and that’s why the deputies proposed to introduce responsibility for increasing municipal debt. Omsk municipal debt as of July 1 is 2 milliard 831 million rubles.

Omsk needs new transport
Public hearing about budget statement for 2015 was held in Omsk city council and also model pattern for 2016 and 2017 was discussed. The deputy mayor Inna Parygina who is also the head of financial department said that Omsk budget has money for new transport. But first this project needs to get approval on the federal level.

Omsk plants will supply Russian cruise missiles with engines
The head of supervisory board Anatoliy Malysh said that supply of engines and control systems for cruise missiles Х-35, Х-55 and Х-59 was stopped last year. The reason of this is bad relations between Russia and Ukraine. Motor Sich will work with other countries the company is already negotiating with Poland, Germany and Hungary. From now on Omsk plants will supply cruise missiles with all necessary details. Omsk plants are already carrying out and supplying some of small-sized gas-turbine engines.

Omsk sportswoman conquers Europe
Marina Kovaleva got her first award in half marathon in Morlaix, France. Marina was third to come in and outrun by sportswomen from Africa. In five days Marina took part in another marathon which took place in Vittel, France. She covered a distance in 37 minutes and 10 seconds which is the best time among all contestants. In Cherbourg on November 11 Marina Kovaleva managed to get into first three.

Gamburg was taken bad
In Kuibyshev district court was court session in the case of ex-deputy governor of Omsk oblast Yuriy Gamburg. But the session ended before it started. Gamburg filed a request to reschedule the session because of his state of health. According to the news agency OmskZdes ex-deputy governor Yuriy Gamburg suffers from low blood pressure and on his lawyers order was called an ambulance.
