Specialists forecast the baffling wind up to 20 meters per second. City administration is advising to be very attentive in such stormy weather. According to Ob-Irtishkoe hydrometeorology administration today on 11 November the wind is going to be rather strong up to 15-20 meters per second. All emergency dispatch services of resource providers and property management companies are ready to receive the calls from citizens. However Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Response in Omsk oblast states that no meteorological phenomena are going to happen. The specialists said that the weather forecast for 11 November is partly cloudy and snow precipitation.

Meet smuggling
On Saturday, 9 November, on the border with Kazakhstan the frontier guards detained shady vehicle. The vehicle was going from Aksu, Kazakhstan to Blagoe village, Omsk oblast. After the inspection Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance concluded that inside this vehicle was a box with paltry from USA which is forbidden for import to our country. There were no documents for the product and the driver of the vehicle was given a warning and the product itself was liquidated. To point out, in August frontier guards detained for two times smuggled consignment of goods from USA and Kazakhstan. After smuggled meat there was an attempt to import some fruit and vegetables from Europe. On October frontier guards detained the vehicle with Moldavian fruit.

Omsk citizens will meet the real devils
The book Devils of the famous Russian writer Fedor Dostoevskiy will be exhibited in literature museum in honour of 193 birthday of the famous writer. This edition is considered to be unique because it was edited by the writer himself. Also the citizens will be able to see some paintings made by Omsk artists who were inspired by another Dostoevskiy’s novels like Crime and Punishment and The notes from the dead house.

Arrest of the Head of Mostovik Company
Division of Criminal Investigation of Omsk oblast informed that they detained the Director of NPO Mostovik Oleg Shishov. He is accused of committing a crime under the criminal code part 3 article 145.1 – not paying salary to people for over two months. The reason why he did this could be mercenary motive or any other personal motive.
