Omsk borders will be changed because of landfill sites
As field test sites can’t be located inside inhabited localities the decision was made to divide Omsk in two parts. Outside the inhabited localities will be field test sites. The chief architect of Omsk Anatoliy Til said that according to the previous construction plan all the field test sites should be located outside the city. And if it’s legal to store and refine waste on the city territory but to utilize it on the territory of the city is already illegal. However committee chairman Igor Antropenko thinks that to change the construction plan of the city because of two field test sites is useless. The issue will be discussed on plenary session at the end of November and new places for field test sites will be assigned in The Ministry of construction next week.

Omsk youth recreation center Himik will go through some changes
The competition for the best design project will end these days and after that the winner will have an opportunity to change outward of youth recreation center Himik. The contestants were asked to think about how they can transform the interior space of the center and make it more multiple-purpose. The best work will be chosen by special committee and on the committee are the best designers, famous artists and public men.

Omsk airport got new baggage carousel
New baggage carousel was set in baggage claim terminal A. It works and unloads the luggage faster and uses certain angles when it’s needed. New baggage carousel was made in Spain and has special emergency shut-off sensors. The press-service of Omsk airport said that new baggage carousel will work faster and serve the passengers quickly because it’s longer and wider. There will be no problems for passengers to identify their baggage and take it from the baggage carousel.
