Observation system helps to solve crimes
There are already 73 pieces of observation system in public placed and on the roads so by the end of the years it is going to be 10 more cameras and video cameras. In all there are 83 pieces of observation system operating in Omsk which record reckless driving and plus there are 43 mobile sets and 38 stationary sets. By using all this gadgets Omsk police is planning to cut down administrative violations and criminal offences. As a result, for 10 month of 2014 over 400 administrative violations and 25 criminal offences were solved and 24 car-twins were found.

Who will build the skating rink?
Omsk city hall is looking for a new builder who will finish the skating rink in Barhatova Street. After the contract annulment with the company Treys-region city officials are looking for another company which will finish the skating rink in Sovetskiy district. If the building is overdue the project won’t get federal funding. City administration published on official website of state procurement the information about tender for building a new skating rink which is being built to 300 anniversary of Omsk. According to the terms of the contract two-floor skating rank of total square 4 thousand square miters must be ready by December 2014; however the terms of delivery are rescheduled. After the annulment with Novosibirsk building company City Hall made a new tender. But they were invalid because the only participant was OOO Termozit wasn’t allowed to take part in this tender because of the documents problems. The contract cost increased for 12 million and now the total cost is 194 million. According to the documentation the building works need to be done by 30 November, 2015.

Omsk volleyball team Omichka are finally getting their salaries
Dmitry Krikoriyanz the Deputy Minister of sport made a statement that all the players from Omichka team will get their money. The official stated that the direction of the team still has some unpaid financial obligations. However he reassures that in one month the direction will pay out all the debts. Dmitry Krikoriyanz thinks that all this fuss about debts was specially made to put pressure on the players before the Champion League competition.

China won’t pay in advance to Gazprom
China won’t give any advance money to Gazprom while they will be constructing the new gas pipe Siberian Power through China territory. This statement was made by the chairman of board of directors from Gazprom Aleksey Miller. “There is no need to set the terms of advance payment one more time in order to reduce the contract price because everything is already settled” – said Aleksey Miller.

The Deputy of The Head of the Committee on family, women and children Olga Batalina might be the Head of the Committee on labour and social policy if Andrey Isaev will be promoted to vice-speaker. Today the Council of the State Duma will consider the application of Andrey Isaev for the position of vice-speaker. In case Andrey Isaev will get this position the new Head of the Committee on labour and social policy will be Olga Batalina.

Deputy Governor won’t get his jubilee congratulations
Dismissed deputy governor Juriy Gamburg celebrating his jubilee in prison. After today’s meeting the mayor of Omsk Vyacheslav Dvorakovskiy refused to congratulate in public his ex-first deputy governor Juriy Gamburg with his jubilee. “I didn’t send him any written or verbal congratulations because I know no messages will be given to him in that place where he is now. I am very surprised by your question” - said Vyacheslav Dvorakovskiy.

No public congratulations for Gamburg
Dismissed deputy governor of Omsk administration Juriy Gamburg didn’t get any congratulations or presents from the governor Victor Nazarov. The governor of Omsk oblast is not making any public congratulations for Juriy Gamburg his ex-first deputy governor. For those who don’t know Juriy Gamburg is in prison right now. He was found guilty for illegal selling of some areas in Leviy bereg and because of this action the budget of Omsk and Omsk oblast was damaged in the amount of more than 400 million rubles. The press secretary of the governor Julia Sokolenko stated that he didn’t send any presents to Juriy Gamburg and as for governor’s private life there could be no comments. She really pointed out that as an official person Victor Nazarov didn’t congratulate ex-deputy governor.

Putin promised to stabilize ruble
The President of Russian made a speech on Pacific Rim forum and after that the ruble exchange rate has significantly strengthened. Vladimir Putin made some comments on the situation with ruble rate to dollar and euro. “You know that right now the ruble rate is not very stable – said the president. But our financial specialists are doing all the necessary work. The Central Bank of Russia is continuing the policy of targeting the inflation. The unstable situation which we see now in foreign exchange market is going to end soon”.

Russia won’t expand its national debt
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin on Pacific Rim forum said that Russia is not going to expand its national debt. He also stated that the government will keep it in the same level and that no changes are coming. It is going to be less that 15% of Russian GDP.
